Shipping policy

All of our Parcels and tracked with the Courier services used. We insure all packages are wrapped and sealed correctly to protect the products integrity.

Postage costs are:

$14.95 for orders up to $99

Free Shipping for orders over $99

We ship Australia wide and delivery times can vary depending in season and your location. 

Our handling times are generally 1-2 days for business days and will be longer for weekends and public holidays. Delivery times can be up to 14 days once the Courier receives the package

We guarantee our deliveries for damages and we are happy to replace. (See returns policy). We will pursue the Courier company for damage product reimbursement. 

Missing and stolen products will be taken up by you with the Courier company and according to their tracking and their polices.
